3. Video Streams — Public Spaces
All cameras operated by SportCam Network are located in publicly accessible outdoor spaces, including parks, sports courts, and recreational facilities. Under applicable law, individuals in public spaces do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
All streams are live only — no footage is recorded or stored beyond a brief technical buffer required for transmission (maximum 60 seconds). Cameras are fixed-position with no remote pan, tilt, or zoom capability available to viewers.
Physical signage is posted at each camera location notifying the public that the area is monitored by SportCam Network.
4. Information We May Collect From Website Visitors
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical information including browser type, general geographic region (city/state level only), pages visited, and referring website. This information is collected in aggregate and is never linked to any individual identity.
We may use basic session cookies to maintain website functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies without your consent.
5. Advertising
SportCam Network displays advertisements from local businesses alongside live streams. Ads are served based on the location of the facility being streamed — not based on individual viewer data. We do not share viewer data with advertisers, and all advertisements are clearly labeled as such.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
SportCam Network does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our platform does not require registration or data submission of any kind to view streams. We do not store footage, identify individuals, use images of minors in advertising, or allow advertisers to target based on the presence of minors.

7. City & Municipal Partners
SportCam Network provides participating city and municipal partners with access to a private monitoring dashboard showing live feeds only. No data about individual viewers is shared with city partners. City partner agreements include confidentiality provisions protecting both parties.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect our platform including HTTPS encryption for all web traffic, password-protected city monitoring views, and no storage of personal data — eliminating the largest category of breach risk.
